You can purchase your Conquer Cancer license plate at any time during your registration cycle. There is a $20 plate-swap fee if you change plates before renewal.

The first year, $28 helps to support the cancer community, and $12 is the cost to make the plates. When you renew, the entire $40 is trasferred to the Conquer Cancer Coalition.
